Who we are

myVivaah (myvivaah.com) is run by Sikand Pal Singh, Delhi, India. By creating an account or paying, you agree to these terms.

The service

• You can build and preview your wedding website for free.
• Publishing costs a one-time ₹499, plus ₹100 for every started 30 days your wedding is more than 180 days away. The exact price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Your website stays online until 180 days after your wedding date. If you move the date later than what you paid for, you can pay the difference to stay online.
• We email you before your website goes offline. Afterwards your content stays in your account; the web address may be given to someone else one year after it went offline.

Your account and content

• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what you and the collaborators you invite do.
• Your words and photos stay yours. You allow us to store and show them so we can build and host your website.
• Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not publish anything illegal, hateful, misleading or someone else's private information without their consent.
• We may take down a website or close an account that breaks these rules. If we do this without a good reason, we refund your payment.

Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of paying, no questions asked. Details in the Refund policy.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep websites online, but cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Privacy, changes and law

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy page. We may update these terms; important changes will be emailed to you. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
