Questions, answered
Are couple photos required?
No. Each design includes decorative artwork and looks complete without photos. Add your own photos later if you want.
Can I edit after publishing?
Yes, during your hosting period. Couple names have a three-edit limit to prevent reusing an invitation for another wedding. Moving your date beyond the paid hosting window can require an additional payment.
How do refunds work?
Email support with your order details. Requests are reviewed under the refund policy linked below; a refund is not automatic.
Do I need to pay before I start?
No. Building your website and previewing it is completely free. You only pay once, when you are ready to publish it for your guests.
Can my family help edit it?
Yes. Invite another person by email and they can edit the same wedding website from their own account.
How long does my website stay live?
Your website stays live until 180 days after your wedding date, so guests can revisit it long after the celebrations.
How do guests open it?
